Complimentary shipping is available with any item purchased except for items under the 'B-Stock & Clearance' page.

Shipping comes with full tracking for both domestic and international orders.

Packages are shipped with Australia Post by default. Your order can be tracked on Australia Post's website or your national postal service's website.

We accept parcel locker and parcel collect addresses (Australia only). We also accept domestic and international PO box addresses.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We will not be responsible for the item once it is delivered to the address.

Estimated Australia delivery times are between 1-5 business days after dispatch.

Estimated International Standard delivery times for most countries are between 4-11 business days after dispatch. Some countries may take longer to deliver.

Estimated International Express & FedEx International Priority delivery times are between 2-9 business days after dispatch. Some countries may take longer to deliver.

Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for shipping delays or item(s) lost in transit but we may in good faith replace or refund your order.

International buyers are responsible for sales tax, tariff, or any additional fees imposed on the shipment by the carrier or customs.

Customs processing delays may occur during the shipping process. Contact us should you require assistance with customs clearance and invoices.

USA orders are inclusive of tariff and sales tax. We will handle the tariff payment process for you. Sales tax, if applicable, will be calculated at checkout and will depend on the location of your shipping address. Any additional fees imposed on the shipment by customs or the carrier at or after the port of entry will be your responsibility, this rarely occurs with low value items delivered by USPS.
