Please read the instructions below before initiating the repair process.
Follow the instructions outlined below.
Do not skip any steps.


  1. Select the criteria for repair. Add it to your shopping bag. Contact us if your cable collection or type is not listed. Repairs under warranty will be free at checkout.

  2. List the issue with your cable under the 'Add a note' section in your shopping bag. Provide as many details as possible to help us understand your situation. You may include how the cable sounds, what conditions are creating the fault, the equipment in use, etc.

  3. Also Include, the order number / serial number, or any matching details identifying your purchase.

  4. Checkout and place your order. Only one cable repair is permitted per order, Do not combine items for the same order. Place a new order for each additional cable that needs a repair.

  5. We respond to your order with a return address and shipping instructions.

  6. Return the cable as directed.** Send your cable to us as soon as possible, especially if your warranty is nearing expiration.

  7. Include your tracking number by replying to our previous email correspondence. This helps us keep track of your shipment, or the repair process may take longer.

  8. Wait for your cable to be repaired. For Standard cables under warranty, expect up to 10 working days for us to diagnose and repair.^ We will advise on the lead time for Premium and Bespoke cables.

    You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your cable is ready for dispatch.





Some things to consider.

  • There is NO CHARGE for cables under warranty. The amount shown will be deducted at checkout.

  • You will be responsible for the cost of return postage to us.

  • The cost of domestic or international return shipping to you will be covered by us.

  • We recommend using the same email address you had used previously for the purchase in order for us to streamline the verification process.

  • Ensure the returning contents are well packed. We recommend insuring your shipment for higher value cables.*

  • Repairs may take longer for cables that are more complex, requiring additional testing or custom ordered parts from our suppliers.

  • For second-hand purchased cables, you must provide either the original purchase date or a serial number that matches the cable details to be eligible for repairs.*







^Lead times may vary. *We will not be responsible for any items lost or damaged during this return process from you. Repairs/reterminations will be carried out according to your original order request. Additional repair costs may apply if any major damage occurs due to improper packaging or handling during the return of your cable to us, and such repairs may not be covered under the warranty. **Fraudulent returns such as incorrect contents, empty packages, or false claims of items not received may result in a permanent ban from future purchases.
