Customs & Taxes

  • VAT, GST, tariff, or any other sales tax or duty of similar nature are not included in the retail price for international orders outside Australia.

  • The payable tax and duty amount will be determined by your local customs at the point of entry.

  • International buyers are responsible for customs duties or any additional fees imposed on the shipment by the carrier or customs at the point of entry or during the final delivery process.

  • Customs processing delays may occur during the shipping process. Contact us should you require assistance with customs clearance and invoices.

  • USA orders are inclusive of tariff and sales tax. We will handle the tariff payment process for you. Sales tax, if applicable, will be calculated at checkout and will depend on the location of your shipping address. Any additional fees imposed on the shipment by customs or the carrier at or after the port of entry will be your responsibility, this rarely occurs with low value items delivered by USPS.
