Packages shipped with Australia Post can be tracked on Australia Post's website and your country's postal service website.

We accept parcel collect addresses (Australia only). We also accept domestic and international PO box addresses. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We will not be responsible for the item or any damages to the item(s) you received once it is delivered to a PO box address.

Shipments returned to us for non-delivery will incur additional redelivery charges. Refunds from non-delivery will include a 20% processing fee of the value of purchase. Any additional shipping or handling costs are not included in the refund.

International buyers outside Australia are responsible for customs duties, sales taxes or any additional charges imposed on the shipment by the carrier or customs. Contact us should you need an invoice of your purchase for customs clearance.

Shipments to USA are inclusive of tariff and sales tax. We will handle the tariff payment process for you. Sales tax, if applicable, will be calculated at checkout and will depend on the location of your shipping address. Any additional charges imposed on the shipment by customs or the carrier at or after the port of entry will be your responsibility.

We are not responsible for shipping delays, delivery times provided are estimates only. If you need your purchase delivered in time or sooner, contact us and let us know before or right after placing your order.
